Bill Flowers Order Policy
To make an order you are required to select the items you wish to purchase and select Add to Cart. When you select Add to Cart you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
When you select Add to Cart you will be directed to our third party payment provider, PayPal Inc. Bill Flowers is not liable for any part of the payment process, this relationship is between you the Purchaser and PayPal Inc. At no point will Bill Flowers be provided with your bank account or credit or debit card details.
We will contact you to arrange delivery within 48 hours of receiving notification from PayPal that the correct payment has been made. Please ensure you have submitted the correct contact details when making payment including your contact telephone number so that we can arrange delivery.
Incorrect or missing information may result in contact or delivery being delayed. You may contact us at any time to arrange delivery.
Bill Flowers Delivery Policy
Following notification of payment, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange delivery. You may contact us at any time to arrange delivery.
We deliver to areas as specified on our website for the delivery charge specified. If you require delivery to an area not specified on the website please contact us for pricing.
For orders of 1 to 9 products we charge only one delivery charge per order however should your order be for 10 or more products, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery fees to cover the cost of delivery. Bill Flowers Ltd will not make a profit on additional delivery fees.
We will arrange a mutually convenient time to make delivery, this will always be within 14 days of receiving payment, unless you specify otherwise. If your request is urgent please contact us as soon as payment has been made.
In the event we attempt to make delivery at the time agreed, and we are unable to make contact with the recipient, we will try to make contact using the contact number given. We will also send you an email requesting you contact us to arrange re- delivery. For every delivery we attempt to make, at the agreed time, we will charge the current delivery fee as detailed when you make your order. We will try to deliver three times. If, through no fault of our own, we fail to make delivery after trying two times, we are unable to offer a further delivery or refund.
Bill Flowers Refund Policy
Bill Flowers Ltd wants everyone to be happy with the products received. However if you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately by telephone.
If the products we deliver are a different product to what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, Bill Flowers Ltd shall have no liability unless you contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of the products in question. If notified within 24 hours and the original product is made available for us to collect at a mutually convenient date, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
The plants we are working with are seasonable and can have unpredictable availability. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your chosen product, or elements of it, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
Plants are perishable however if cared for correctly we guarantee that they will last a minimum of 4 weeks from delivery. The recipient is responsible for the care of the products following delivery. Care instructions are detailed on our website and can be given by phone and email if requested. Bill Flowers is not responsible for products that are not cared for as instructed.
If, within 4 weeks of delivery, you are unhappy with the quality of plant and have cared for them as instructed on our website (www.billflowers.co.uk), please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or a replacement and redelivery of your original purchase.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
